This policy explains how Waravelli Group handles information when authorized users access our websites, internal software and supported third-party integrations.
Information we process
Depending on the service and permissions you choose, we may process account identity information, authentication/session data, business records you submit, operational analytics, and data returned by third-party APIs. For social-platform integrations, this may include basic profile information, authorized account statistics, video metadata and content that you explicitly choose to upload.
TikTok and other connected platforms
Waravelli ViralForge connects to supported platforms only after an authorized user completes the platform's official authorization flow. We request only permissions needed for enabled features. We do not ask users to provide their third-party account passwords to Waravelli. Access may be disconnected or revoked through Waravelli or the applicable platform.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested features, authenticate authorized users, display connected-account information, create or manage user-selected drafts, improve reliability and security, troubleshoot integrations, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
Storage and retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, security, audit, contractual or legal purpose for which it was collected. Connected-platform credentials and tokens are treated as secrets and are not intentionally exposed in public client-side configuration. Users may disconnect supported integrations; some audit or legal records may be retained where required.
Sharing
Information may be processed by infrastructure and service providers required to operate Waravelli and by third-party platforms when you intentionally use their integration. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or as part of a lawful corporate transaction.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect Waravelli systems and connected data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and users should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your choices
You can choose whether to connect supported third-party services and can revoke their permissions through the relevant service. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and security limitations.
Children
Waravelli business services are not directed to children and are not designed for use by individuals under the minimum age required by applicable law or connected platforms.
Changes
We may update this policy as Waravelli services, integrations or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
