Terms of Service
Effective date: September 1, 2026
These Terms govern access to Waravelli Group websites, software and supported third-party integrations. By using a Waravelli service, you agree to use it lawfully and only within the permissions granted to you.
Authorized use
You may use Waravelli only for lawful business and operational purposes and only for accounts, data and third-party services you are authorized to access. You may not bypass platform restrictions, security controls, geographic restrictions, rate limits or third-party approval requirements.
Connected platforms
Features that connect to services such as TikTok, YouTube, Amazon or financial/brokerage providers remain subject to the terms, permissions, availability and review requirements of those providers. Waravelli does not guarantee that a provider will approve, maintain or continue any API capability.
User control of publishing and high-risk actions
Where a feature supports drafts, publishing, trading, financial actions or other sensitive operations, the user remains responsible for reviewing the action and satisfying any required approvals. Availability of an interface or recommendation does not itself authorize a transaction, publication, order or transfer.
Content and rights
You are responsible for ensuring that content you upload, generate, edit or publish is lawful and that you have the necessary rights, licenses and permissions. Do not use Waravelli to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Data and security
You must protect your credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not attempt to probe, disable, interfere with or circumvent Waravelli security controls. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Automated and AI-assisted features
Waravelli may provide automated analysis or AI-assisted recommendations. These outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before consequential decisions. Unless expressly enabled through an approved workflow, an AI recommendation does not authorize money movement, live trading, public publishing or legally binding commitments.
No guarantee of results
Business, marketplace, advertising and investment outcomes are uncertain. Waravelli does not guarantee sales, profits, investment returns, audience growth, platform approval or uninterrupted availability.
Service changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, particularly when third-party APIs, legal requirements, security conditions or platform policies change.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waravelli services are provided without warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed, and liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services or requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
